I'll keep this short.

In today's society, most of us are afforded experiences and feelings that leave us feeling blissful. But what level of bliss is acceptable? And to a lesser extent, how often are these blissful experiences acceptable?

Maybe your bliss comes at the end of the week when you unwind with a few glasses of Jameson and Diet Coke.. Or maybe your bliss comes when you combine the aforementioned with nicotine, or pot, or more alcohol. And (hopefully not) maybe your bliss comes from things stronger than these being used more often.

How often do you feel blissful? More importantly, how often do you reflect on how you feel?

It is possible to feel blissful all the time, without any additives, supplements, etc..

How close are you to that goal?
